(KINCARDINE, ON) On February 15, 2013 members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police set up a R.I.D.E. check stop on Russell Street in Kincardine. At 7:37 pm, a White Chevrolet Impala stopped and officers found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 47 year old William TAYLOR of Kincardine has been charged with Operate over 80 milligrams and Possess more than one driver’s licence. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 18, 2013 to answer to the charges. The passenger was found with a quantity of illegal drugs. 52 year old Michael SURRIDGE of Kincardine has been charged with 2 counts of Possess a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 8, 2013 to answer to the charges.
