(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) is investigation assaults that took place on Saturday night March 16, 2013 at a rural residence along Highway 8 east of Shakespeare.
Investigation revealed that some 60-100 youths attended a St. Patrick’s Day party hosted in a drive shed type building on the property. As the evening progressed numerous fights broke out between attendees. One of the fights involved a male who was dragged out of the shed into the yard where he was thrown to the ground and assaulted by a group of people. The male’s vehicle was also damaged before he was able to leave the property.
