(CHESLEY, ON) On April 11, 2013 at 10:32 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an intoxicated male lying on the floor of an apartment building hallway along 4th Street Southeast in Chesley. Officers arrived and located the man who started to argue with a tenant of the building. 60 year old Alvin RUTHVEN of Arran-Elderlsie Township was charged with Public intoxication and held in custody for the night.
