(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) On April 13, 2013 at approximately 8:38pm, County of Wellington OPP officers responded to a two vehicle collision on Niska Road, east of Pioneer trail, Puslinch Township. Police spoke to the driver of a 2009 Volvo and determined she had been drinking.
Heather Moreau, age 61 of Cambridge has been charged with Impaired Driving, and Over 80mgs, both contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on May 17, 2013 to answer to the charge.
No injuries were reported in the collision.
