(Morris Turnberry, ON) On April 17, 2010 at approximately 5:30 pm, an Ontario Provincial Police officer was patrolling on Harriston Road in Huron County when he observed a van traveling at a high rate of speed. The officer stopped the vehicle as it pulled into a laneway. The driver exited his vehicle and as the officer approached, he noted a strong odour of an alcoholic beverage coming from the driver’s breath as well as many other indicators that the man was impaired.
