(PUSLINCH, ON) On April 27, 2013 at approximately 4:13pm County of Wellington OPP officers conducted a traffic stop on Wellington County Road 32 near Wellington County Road 34 in Puslinch Township. Police spoke to the male driver of the 2004 Honda and he showed signs of alcohol consumption.
Venancio GRACIAS, age 39 of Cambridge has been charged with Impaired Driving contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, and Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on May 28, 2013 to answer to the charge.
