Driver Charged At Collision With Scooter

(KINCARDINE, ON) On May 1, 2013 at 3:55 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a vehicle crash with a scooter at the intersection of St. Albert Street and Queen Street in Kincardine. Officers arrived to find that a Red Honda Civic struck a personal mobility scooter as the rider was crossing the roadway. 57 year old Margaret TOUT of Kincardine was charged with Fail to yield. The occupant of the scooter received minor injuries.
