TOWN OF MINTO, ON) On May 11, 2013 at approximately 11:50 am, County of Wellington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers performed a traffic stop on Main Street in Palmerston, Town of Minto. The passenger of the 2005 Chrysler spoke with police and the smell of burnt marihuana was noticed. The investigation revealed that the passenger was in possession of suspected marihuana and suspected hash oil.
Terry DOUPE age 44 of Clifford has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on June 25, 2013 to answer to the charge.
