(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Saturday May 18, 2013, around 7:30 p.m. a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed an un-plated ATV being driven on Trafalgar Street in Mitchell.
The officer initiated a traffic stop and discovered that the ATV operator did not have evidence of insurance for the machine. The operator was also found to be a suspended driver. Subsequent checks on the red 2007 Suzuki LT-A700XK7 ATV revealed that it had been stolen from a farm in Huron East three weeks earlier.
Andrew BRODHAGEN (24) of the Municipality of West Perth has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5.000â€ÂÂ. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on June 24
