(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Sunday May 19, 2013, shortly after midnight a 4 door Audi was stopped at a RIDE program on Main St. West at Albert Ave North. The officer detected the odour of freshly burnt marijuana inside the car.
Marihuana was located in the vehicle resulting in the arrest of the driver. Nick PASVANIS (27) of Toronto has been charged with possession of schedule ll cannabis he was released on an appearance notice and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Listowel on June 26, 2013 to answer to this charge.
