(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Saturday morning April 24, 2010, shortly after 3 a.m., a Perth County OPP officer observed a speeding vehicle on Hwy. 23 north of Gowanstown.
The vehicle was pulled over and the driver was found to be impaired. The driver was arrested and transported to the North Perth OPP Detachment in Listowel where he registered over .80 mgs. on the Intoxilyzer.
Brody Campbell (23) of Howick Township was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired and with operating a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content. He is to appear in criminal court on June 9th, 2010 at the Elma Memorial Community Centre in Atwood to answer to these charges. He has also been served a 90 day drivers licence suspension.
