(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On Friday May 17, 2013 at approximately 9:20pm, County of Wellington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) officers set up a R.I.D.E. Program at Gore Road and Town line Road in Puslinch Township.
Police spoke to the male driver of the 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe, who showed signs of alcohol consumption. An approved Roadside Screening Device was utilized.
Jose ANDRADE age 57 of Cambridge has been charged with Over 80mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on June 4, 2013 to answer to the charges.
