(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) On Friday June 7, 2013 at approximately 9:08am Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped at 2009 Dodge Caliber that was travelling south bound on Gordon Street in the City of Guelph, for a Highway Traffic Act violation.
Police spoke with the male driver and during the investigation a small quantity of marihuana was turned over to police
Brett Guenther aged 36 of Fergus was charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on July 9, 2013 to answer to the charge.
