Buzzed Driver Caught

(MORRIS-TURNBERRY, ON) – A late night traffic stop on June 8, 2013 resulted in the driver of a Ford pickup truck making alternate travel arrangements after his vehicle was impounded. Just after 10:00 p.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a Ford F-250 on Clyde Line near Morris-Turnberry Road.

Upon speaking with the 30 year old driver from Morris-Turnberry it was noted he had been drinking alcohol. An intoxilizer test was completed which resulted in the driver registering two readings in the warn range. His licence was suspended for three days and his vehicle was towed from the scene.
