(GUELPH, ON) On Saturday June 15th 2013, at approximately 1:50pm, Constable Ian Donaldson of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting moving radar on Highway 6 (The Hanlon) near College Avenue.
At this time and location, he observed a southbound 2010 Chrysler travelling well above the posted speed limit. Police clocked the vehicle on radar at 119 km/h in a 60 km/h zone. The driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
Brody MILNE age 18 of Guelph is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Court on 21 August, 2013 to answer to the charge.
