North Huron Councillor Bernie Bailey has responded to the request for job descriptions for town staff. Mr. Bailey sent this response to all the Councillors, the Chief of Police, a local newspaper, Wingham Free Press, and a town employee.

You may go into town hall like any other person and request this information but that would defeat the purpose of this request which is to find a backwards way to bully on your web blog with (as you and Bill have stated) to destroy our town. I have requested information like this from time to time and received it in a proper time for purposes of research and N/H development not in a time set out by you , redacted or Bill and certainly not for any of you.
Going to another mater I am wandering if you have put together the information I requested on block parents.
How many members are there ?
Did the all get police screening ?
Every one associated with block parents needs to get a screening so why was redacted Carter at the Wingham Food Land last summer helping in the fund raiser as well as other things like a sign in his window for block parents. redacted is on probation and even violated his probation by getting drunk and attacking kids according to your blog release and still he is helping you?
On your financial report
Can you tell me the date and school were you used the 1300 photo copies and how the seminar went?
Can you tell me were you placed the business window decals you bought?
Why would you buy coloring books on June 26th as school is out?
Steven these questions should be answered for the safety of our children.
These questions are the same I would ask any department head or committee of council
