(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) – On Sunday July 14, 2013 at approximately 10:30 pm Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers investigated the driver of a 2007 Ford F250 pick-up truck on Main Street just south of Church Street in the Town of Erin.
Upon speaking to the male driver, police discovered that he had been drinking. He was administered a Roadside Screening Device test which resulted in a fail.
Donald McArthur aged 30 of Erin has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on August 23, 2013 to answer to the charge.
