(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Saturday July 13, 2013, shortly after 3:30 p.m., Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to an address on Edgar St. West in Listowel, where a homeowner discovered a break-in.
Investigation revealed that between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., an unknown person(s) gained entry into the residence by means of a rear unlocked main floor window. Once inside a 32†Sony TV, a Toshiba laptop computer, a Playstation 3, and a wireless router were removed from the residence.
The Perth County OPP is requesting anyone who may have observed suspicious persons or vehicles in the Edgar St. West area in the early afternoon, or who has any information about this break-in and theft, to contact them at (519) 291-1414 or 1-888-310-1122.
