(GUELPH, ON) – On Thursday July 18th 2013, at approximately 8:50pm, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Constable Dan Dusto was conducting stationary radar on Highway 6 (Hanlon) near Wellington Street in the City of Guelph. A 2008 GMC van was observed travelling northbound at a high rate of speed. The male driver of the motor vehicle was locked in the radar travelling at 122 km/h in a 60 km/h zone.
Adam MARCO age 30 of Guelph is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle. His driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on the 21st of August 2013 to answer to the charge.
