(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Monday May 17, 2010 shortly after 2 a.m. a Perth County OPP officer checked on the well being of a driver whose vehicle was stopped on the side of the road near the intersection of Perth Road 107 and Hwy. 7/8.
The driver displayed obvious signs of impairment. She was arrested and transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where she registered over .80 mgs. on the Intoxilyzer.
Devan Wolstenholme (28) of Tavistock was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle – care or control and exceeding 80 mg. – care or control. She is to appear in Stratford Court on June 21, 2010 to answer to these charges. She was also served a 90 day drivers licence suspension.
