(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On May 18, 2010 at 4:40 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a possible impaired driver in Carrick Township. The vehicle was stopped on Concession 6, Carrick Township, and the driver was found to have been consuming alcohol. 47 year old Gary RUBIE of Georgetown is charged with Impaired Driving, Drive Over 80 Milligrams and Dangerous Driving. RUBIE is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on July 12, 2010 to answer to the charges.
