(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Monday May 24, 2010 at approximately 11a.m., a Perth County OPP officer was driving east bound on Perth Line 86 near Molesworth. The officer observed a westbound pickup truck veer onto the east bound lane causing eastbound traffic to swerve so as to avoid a collision.
The officer pulled over the pickup truck and discovered that the driver had not been drinking but was taking photographs of his girlfriend who was seated in the passenger seat.
The 22 year old male who is a Perth East Resident was charged with careless driving.
