Breach of Recognizance

On the 14th of August 2013, police were called to a downtown residence in regards to a female causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the premise. Upon police arrival the female continued her rant and immediately became confrontational with police and continued yelling and making vulgar comments.

As a result of her behaviour the female was drawing attention from other residents in the building and refused to stop making a scene. Police arrested the female for causing a disturbance. Upon the arrest it was discovered the female was currently on release from another charge with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

She was subsequently charged with the additional offence of Breaching her recognizance and held for a bail hearing.
