On August 15, 2013, the Guelph Police Service celebrated the conclusion of their 15th annual Bike Helmet Ticket Program. Briana BERRUTI, 7-years-old and Connor WHEELHOUSE, 9-years-old were this year’s lucky winners. They were presented bikes by Gino Vettor of George Vettor Cycle. This year, the Guelph Police gave out 853 tickets to area youth who were found wearing their bicycle helmets. The ticket provides the child with a free Fruit Smoothie” courtesy of Farouq RUDA
