On August 17, 2013 at 3:06 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to the parking lot located at 65 Gordon Street to investigate the report that an intoxicated male had been driving his car and was now parked. Police located the parked vehicle idling with the male asleep in the driver’s seat. Police woke the man and an arrest was made.
Kevin CASE, 24 years of Cambridge has been charged with care and control impaired and care and control over 80 mg. He will appear in court on September 3, 2013.
