(GUELPH-ERAMMOSA TWP, ON)On August 17 2013, at approximately 12:00pm, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a report of a single motor vehicle collision that occurred on Wellington County Road 22, east of Third Line, Guelph-Eramosa Twp. The male driver was taken by ambulance to Groves Memorial Hospital prior to police arrival for minor injuries. Police attended the hospital and during the investigation it was revealed that alcohol was consumed.
Jarrett HAMILTON age 22 of Guelph-Eramosa Twp is charged with Impaired Driving, and Over 80, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on 24 of September 2013 to answer to the charge.
