On August 20, 2013 at 12:41 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to Deerpath Drive to investigate a break and enter. A homeowner called police after locating and confronting a male youth in his garage. A second male suspect had entered another garage on Deerpath Drive and left when the commotion at the first home started. Both males fled the area on bicycles through Deerpath Park. The suspects had entered the open garages of two homes but only one home is reporting a theft, which was two cans of pop.
