Police attended the south end Canadian Tire store in relation to a shoplifter. Investigation revealed that a male selected some fishing lures and concealed them in his pocket. The male then paid for a couple other items before leaving the store where he was apprehended by store security. A brief struggle ensued and the male was taken into custody. The male was found to have over $800 in his pocket as well as the stolen fishing lures valued at $23. The male was charged accordingly.
