(Goderich, ON) On July 14, 2010 Huron OPP officers were called to an overnight attempt arson at the St. Mary’s Separate School on Bennett Street in Goderich. Gasoline was used as the accelerant but the damage to the building was minimal.
The incident occurred sometime during the night of July 13-14. Anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious persons in the area is asked to contact the Huron OPP. In addition, the public is being urged to contact police if they notice the smell of gasoline on clothing or any unexplained burns related to anyone they know.
