On Saturday August 24, 2013 at approximately 9:36 pm police attended to a Communications Road address for a dispute over property. The police investigation revealed that one of the involved parties was on a court ordered condition to not associate with the property owner. As a result, a 27 year old Chatham man was arrested and charged for breach of probation. He is currently in custody and will appear in bail court.
