The Chatham-Kent Police are looking for information regarding a break and enter in Chatham.
At approximately 02:30 am this morning an unknown suspect pried open the front door to an apartment on Grand Ave East while the resident was sleeping. Once inside the apartment the suspect stole the victim’s purse and fled the scene. A tenant downstairs heard the noise and attended upstairs observing the damage to the door. A lone suspect was observed running from the apartment building wearing a dark coloured hoodie.
