At approximately 6:00pm last evening, a Chatham resident attended a large garbage bin located at 448 St. Clair Street to discard some cardboard boxes. As the man opened the lid to the garbage bin he observed a naked adult male sitting inside the garbage bin. Chatham-Kent Police were called and the naked male was arrested.
A 50 year old Chatham man has been charged with committing an indecent act. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
