(SOUTH HURON, ON) – A 21year old female driver from Windsor has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle following a traffic stop on August 21, 2013. Just before 7:00 p.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police officer observed a green Ford Mustang speeding along Dashwood Road near Babylon Line. The officer used a RADAR device and confirmed the driver’s speed at 140 km/h, 50 km/h above the posted speed limit.
Erica THIBODEAU, age 21, from Windsor has been charged with “Racing a Motor Vehicleâ€Â. She has a scheduled court appearance for Provincial Offences Act Court – Goderich on October 22, 2013. Her driver’s licence has been suspended for seven days and the vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
