The Owen Sound Police Service has formally charged Desmond WILLIAMS, 50 of Owen Sound with Attempted Murder stemming from a violent domestic incident that occurred on the morning of August 16th at 955 10th Street East, Owen Sound. Mr. Williams remains in hospital under police guard. Williams is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice this Friday, August 30th to speak to the charge. The victim in the incident has been treated and released from hospital.
