The Chatham-Kent Police have arrested a man wanted for failing to attend court.
On the 11th of June 2013, a Chatham man was charged with the offence of possession of a controlled substance. He was released on several conditions. On the 08th of August 2013, the man failed to attend court as required. A warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest.
On the 28th of August 2013 at approximately 09:00 pm, the 49 year old Chatham man attended Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters and turned himself in. The man was released pending a future court date.
