The Chatham-Kent Police have arrested a man failing to comply with his release conditions.
On the 09th of May 2013, a man was released on an Undertaking with several conditions. One of those conditions was to abstain from the purchase, possession and or consumption of alcohol.
On the 28th of August 2013, at approximately 06:00 pm the Chatham-Kent Police located the man in Blenheim in an intoxicated condition. The man was subsequently arrested and transported to Police Headquarters.
As a result a 33 year old Blenheim man has been charged with Breach of Undertaking and was held pending a bail hearing.
