(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Monday August 02, 2010 Perth County OPP officers were called to a residence along Highway 7/8 east of Stratford near Little Lakes where a theft was reported.
The victim advised police that sometime between 9 p.m. on Sunday August 01, 2010 and 11 a.m. August 02, 2010 unknown persons removed a large number of items from inside a fishing boat which was parked on a driveway approximately 10 meters south of the Highway. The boat on a trailer was fully loaded with fishing equipment, which was covered with a tarp. Items removed were solar panels, Garmin GPS system, Garmin fish finder, a large tackle box full of equipment, 2 fishing poles, Uniden VHF radio, a Panasonic CD/Radio, and a Mustang self inflating life vest.
