(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Section is investigating the report of a Sexual Assault that occurred on Sunday, September 01, 2013 near a park in the area of Bilberry Drive and Jeanne D’Arc Boulevard.
At approximately 4:30 a.m., a 23 year-old woman was inappropriately touched by a male that came up behind her. Following the assault, the male suspect ran away from the scene and headed south bound on Bilberry Drive towards Jeanne D’Arc Boulevard.
The suspect was described by the victim as being a white male of medium build; 5’5†tall; his face was covered by a balaclava (dark ski mask) and he was dressed in dark clothing ( long sleeve shirt and long pants).
