(WATFORD, ON) On September 4, 2013 at around 10:20 p.m., the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Repeat Offenders Parole Enforcement (ROPE) unit arrested Craig POWERS without incident in Watford.
He will appear for a bail hearing in a Sarnia court later today.
