(KINCARDINE, ON.) – On August 10th, 2010, South Bruce OPP officers were conducting RIDE on Concession 8, Brant Township. At 10:38 pm, a pickup truck stopped at the RIDE checkpoint and officers found the driver had been drinking alcohol. 25 year old Curtis ZETTLER of Brant Township is charged with Refuse Breath Test and Possession of a Controlled Substance. ZETTLER is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on October 4th, 2010 to answer to the charges. A passenger in the truck, 24 year old Josh Kieffer of London, was charged with Having Open Liquor.

At 9:40 pm, a pickup truck stopped at the RIDE and officers found the driver in possession of alcohol. 49 year old Gary FREER of Tiverton is charged with Having Open Liquor.

Officers found a passenger in the truck in possession of alcohol. 62 year old Douglas SCOTT of Ayton is charged with Having Open Liquor.
