On September 9, 2013, at 5:45 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to the Scottsdale Drive area for a collision. Investigation alleges that a black/silver motorcycle struck a 21-year-old cyclist at the entrance to 216-306 Scottsdale Drive. The driver of the motorcycle stopped briefly, stated he would return in an hour, then fled the scene without ever returning. He is described as a white male, approximately 50 to 60 years of age, 5’7 to 5’10”
