On September 20, 2013 at 1:56 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to a single vehicle collision on Victoria Road and College Avenue. The vehicle had driven into a guard rail. Police determined the male driver was intoxicated and he was arrested. The male was then taken to hospital for precautionary reasons.
Joseph SAMPLE, 20 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on October 4, 2013.
