(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) – On Saturday September 21, 2013 at approximately 6:31pm Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a 1995 Jeep on Marden Road and Highway 6, Guelph-Eramosa Township.
Officers investigated the driver and located a small quantity of suspected marihuana.
Kevin HERRON age 33 of Fergus has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on November 19, 2013 to answer to the charge.
