(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) On Saturday September 21, 2013, at approximately 5:13pm officers from the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated the driver of a 2009 BMW that entered a R.I.D.E. Program on Wellington County Road 39 Guelph-Ermaosa Twp. Upon speaking with the driver, police discovered that he had been drinking alcohol. He was administered a Roadside Screening Device test which resulted in a fail.
Boguslaw SZCZESNY age 60 of Guelph-Eramosa Twp has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on October 25, 2013 to answer to the charge.
