On September 23, 2013 at 6:34 pm Barrie Police received several 911 calls regarding a disturbance at the South end train station. Officers attended and observed a female suspect causing disturbance by shouting and swearing at people in the train station. The female was cautioned several times regarding her behavior before being arrested for causing a disturbance.
Further investigation revealed the female had assaulted a person on the train as it came into Barrie. The 36 year old Barrie resident was also charged with assault.
The Barrie resident now faces an October court date.
