(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) – On Friday September 27, 2013 at approximately 12:34 am Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting R.I.D.E. spot checks on Wellington County Road 44 and Indian Trail, Guelph-Eramosa Twp.
The driver of a 1998 Honda Civic entered into the checkpoint. During the investigation police located a small quantity of marihuana.
Robert NASATO age 38 of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on November 8, 2013 to answer to the charge.
