On September 27, 2013 at 12:20 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to a business on Macdonell Street to investigate the report of a smashed window. It is alleged that the business owner had become involved with a male and female outside the store. During the altercation the male punched the glass portion of the entry door, breaking it. The male and female left the area but were located shortly after and the male was arrested.
A 20 year old male from Guelph has been charged with mischief under $5,000. He will appear in court on October 25, 2013.
