On September 27, 2013 at 9:40 p.m., Guelph Police driving east bound on Paisley Road observed a motor vehicle parked in the middle of the road facing oncoming traffic. Police approached the motor vehicle and observed a male slumped back in the driver’s seat sleeping. The male was subsequently arrested.
Cong NGUYEN, 66 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired care or control and over 80 mg care or control. He will appear in court on October 25, 2013.
