On September 27, 2013, at 8:34 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to Mary Phelan School for the report of a smashed window. The responsible party was identified and located.
A 14 year old Guelph resident has been charged with mischief under $5000. He will appear in court on November 6, 2013.
