(TOW OF MINTO, ON) – On Saturday April 6, 2019 Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a missing person report from a residence in Clifford, Ontario. Sabrina Bailey SMALLEGANGE, 16-years-old from Clifford, did not return home that morning and police are concerned for her safety.
She is described as 175cm tall (5’9)
